 Education (i) Cybernetic engineer, (ii) Economics and Finance, both in Sofia, and specialization on Western Business (Quasi) Law in New York.

Professor of Theory of Control. Earned PhD degree in Maths on Predictable events in non-stationary processes ―the theoretical basis of the risk assessment algorithm. Fellow of New York Academy of Sciences. Honoary Pro-fessor of Albert Schweitzer Int'l University of the UN in Geneva (lectured in Theory of Control, Risk Assessment and Human Behavior). Perma-nently involved in many public and humani-tarian organizations in Europe, U.S.A. and Asia, University of Cambridge in England, wherefrom awarded with as Outstanding People of the 20th Century.

 Professional experience: (i) Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Technical Cybernetics and Robo-tics; (ii) First job contacts in banking - in 1984 at UBS, Zurich, in Financial Engineering Dep., (iii) CEO of united six huge US corporations into the financial asset mana-gement, investment company of "closed-end funds" type, International Investment Council (IIC), London, (iv) Pres. and CEO of IIC-Group, Washington, DC, with business offices in Wayland-Boston. Mass., Los Angeles, CA, and overseas outsourcing companies (originator of unique software 8R-Program for Risk Assessment), and
(v) Permanently involved in many public and humanita-rian, organizations in Europe, U.S.A. and Asia, and in ninety decade in the turbulent political events in the Sub-Saharan Africa, later in the economical develop-ment of the countries of the region.
